Shiryon provides cybersecurity, GRC, and IT hardening services designed to materially reduce risk. However, no security control, assessment, penetration test, training program, or hardening engagement — no matter how thorough — can guarantee that a system, network, or organization will be immune from compromise. The threat landscape changes continuously, and a finding-free assessment reflects the state of a system at a specific point in time, not a permanent guarantee.
3. Point-in-Time Nature of Assessments
Penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, configuration reviews, and similar engagements reflect the systems, configurations, and threat intelligence available at the time the work was performed. New vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, or attack techniques may emerge after an engagement concludes. Continued protection typically requires ongoing monitoring, patching, and periodic re-assessment.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Shiryon, its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
